What is Time Line Therapy®️?
Time Line Therapy is a trademark of Dr. Tad James which has been used since 1986. Time Line Therapy®️utilises your own personal "Time Line", working directly with your unconscious mind. It works on the principle of a gestalt. Gestalt is a collection of memories of significant emotional events that are all linked together; it might be a collection of anger, sadness, fear, hurt or guilt etc.
Your “Time Line” is how you unconsciously store your memories or how you unconsciously know the difference between a memory from the past and a projection of the future. Behavioral change then takes place at an unconscious level. We don’t change consciously, at least not that easily. The Time Line Therapy® techniques allow to work at the unconscious level and release the effects of past negative experiences and change “inappropriate” programming in hours rather than days, months or years.
